  • ASL interpreted performances for the hearing impaired are scheduled for select events. The Dolby Theatre requires at least two weeks notice to provide large print programs or an ASL interpreter. Please contact (323) 308-6332 or [email protected] to make arrangements. Services are not guaranteed for all events, but we will make every effort to accommodate each request.

  • In the event a guest needs to bring their own food and beverage into the theatre due to special dietary needs, religious requirements or medical conditions, please arrange to present an ADA Compliance Officer-issued letter of exemption upon entrance into the theatre. Exceptions will be made whenever possible, in cooperation with production requirements.

  • ANIMALS
Service animals are permitted at Dolby Theatre. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. It does not include emotional support or comfort animals. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

If you have any questions about service animals or any other type of assistance animals, you may contact Dolby Theatre’s event services department at 323-308-6332.

Please alert the theatre of any special needs at the time of your ticket purchase.
