Dolby Theatre continues to monitor local COVID-19 trends and maintain protocols which provide a safe environment for staff and visitors of all ages. Masking and vaccination guidelines are determined in consultation with our event partners on a show-by-show basis. Admittance to Dolby Theatre may require proof of full vaccination, a negative COVID-19 test administered by a medical provider, and/or wearing a mask. Broadway in Hollywood asks audiences to join with them in providing the safest space possible for patrons, cast, crew, and staff. Their COVID-19 policy requires all ticketholders to wear masks.
Masks are required for all, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn at all times, except while eating or drinking in designated areas.
This policy is in effect for all performances until further notice and will be re-assessed on an ongoing basis. Proof of vaccination is not required at this time. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19
COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather, including theatres. The Dolby Theatre (the “Theatre”), in compliance with guidelines issued by federal, state, and local governments, has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the Theatre. Notwithstanding these preventative measures, visiting the Theatre could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19 including from patrons, guests, and other individuals in the Theatre.
By purchasing tickets and/or accessing the theatre, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK THAT YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO OR INFECTED BY COVID-19 BY ENTERING THE THEATRE AND THAT SUCH EXPOSURE OR INFECTION MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, PERMANENT DISABILITY, AND/OR DEATH.
